Offering advice and coordination in legal matters
By coordinating problem solving and simplifying the transfer of knowledge on legal matters, the public authorities are supported when addressing and clarifying legal issues.
Tackling legal issues associated with digitalisation projects in a coordinated and targeted manner
When introducing digital administration processes, legal pitfalls and the potential need for legislation must be identified early on. In addition, the new legal foundations to be created must be included as partial projects in the project planning and execution process in a timely manner.
Easy access to legal expertise
When clarifying legal issues, the public authorities should be supported and the transfer of knowledge between administrations and project leaders should be simplified and accelerated. The eJustice.CH association acts as a coordination centre for eGovernment legal issues. Appropriate electronic publication resources ensure the dissemination of the most important legal findings and results among public authorities, including the findings of the intercantonal group of legal experts and the advisory services provided.
