ICT work program
The ICT work program covers six key focus areas aimed at promoting and coordinating the use of information and communications technology (ICT) in public services. The work programme ensures that the established working groups and activities of the Swiss Conference on Informatics (SIK/CSI) will continue under Digital Public Services Switzerland.

Purpose and working methods
The 2022 ICT work program defines six key focus areas. The work program is implemented in permanent working groups and temporary project groups. In addition, the exchange of specialist knowledge takes place in experience groups, workshops, conferences and specialist events. The results of the activities are presented to the public sector in the form of services and templates, etc.

Infrastructure
Objective: Coordinate and optimise the infrastructure and services for communication and information processing.

Objective: High-level secure collaboration in and with digital public services.

Objective: Manage object and subject data in an interoperable, transparent and legally compliant manner across all levels of government.

Objective: Implement cloud services in public services in a user-friendly, economical and legally compliant manner.
